Melton Park Engagement Session in Knoxville, TN

I’ve known Krysta since college, and I was so excited to get to take her engagement photos! We have so much in common, it’s like our souls are attached. Getting to take photos for dear friends is such a wonderful part of my job! Krysta and Chris are perfect for one another, and now they’re engaged and planning their dream wedding this Spring!

Although I’m based out of Asheville, I never pass up the opportunity to travel for my couples! For Krysta and Chris’ engagement photos, I got to travel to see them in Knoxville, TN. We chose to take their photos at Melton Park, and it did NOT disappoint!

I love that this location gave us two completely different looks and vibes for their session. Part of the park looks like an open farm field with tall grass and trees. Another part of the park has water views, a dock, and mountains. It has the best of both worlds and it was like being in two separate places at once!

Krysta picked out the perfect outfits for their engagement session. Her first dress was a long white floral dress, and her second was a shorter green floral dress. This was perfect for photos down by the water. I love when clients wear dresses because they move beautiful for photos and they are always so flattering!
